Larry Dunlop is an experienced realtor who has been working in the real estate industry in Bermuda for over twelve years. When Larry first entered the industry, it was a "buyer's market." Now, some twelve years later, it has evolved into a "seller's market." Larry has been working as a real estate sales representative at Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty since September 2003. During this period, Larry has attained the level of "President's Elite" within Coldwell Banker, a distinction attained by only 4% of the sales representatives around the globe. Larry is currently working on his CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist).

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Larry worked and managed the sales department at W.J. Seymour Real Estate Ltd. in Bermuda for approximately seven years. Before becoming a real estate professional, Larry worked as an accountant for various private sector companies in Bermuda. He also worked as a management consultant for the Management Services department within the Bermuda Government. Larry attended St. Mary's University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Whilst at university, he served on various committees, including as Vice President of the Caribbean Society.

Larry renewed his focus in life and became a Christian in November 1996. He loves to spend quality time with his family and friends. He met his wife, Theresa, at church and they have been married since August 1998. Larry and Theresa have two children: a daughter named Milun, born in February 2000, and a son named Ty, born in June 2005. Larry is an active member of the Church and he facilitates a few ministries. Larry states that his goal is to serve the Church as a "Deacon" one day.

Since September 2003, Larry has been involved in the Youthnet Programme as a mentor to a young male student. This programme is administered during the school year throughout the elementary and middle schools. Each mentor commits one hour per week to encourage and support young male and female students whose parents or guardians may be absent in their lives. In his free time, Larry's main hobby is jogging, but he also enjoys boating, fishing and spectating most other sporting activities. He admits also having a passion for sports television broadcasting, and still works with one of Bermuda's broadcasting stations on an annual basis.
